High Pressure Laminate HPL Honeycomb Panel
High Pressure Laminate HPL Honeycomb Panel is a laminate consisting of two HPL (high pressure laminate) sheets bonded to a honeycomb core. The HPL (high pressure laminate) face sheet is made of resin-impregnated kraft paper, offering fire resistance, water resistance, strong scratch and impact resistance, along with an aesthetic appearance. The decorative surface is available in many different RAL or customized colors or wood grains. Meanwhile, the honeycomb core can be either an aluminum honeycomb core or a PP (polypropylene) honeycomb core, both of which are lightweight yet extremely rigid and high-strength substrates.
The HPL honeycomb panel is commonly used for shipbuilding, railway sector interior decoration, partition walls like office partition or toilet cabins, furniture manufacturing such as cabinets or table tops.
