Product Introduction
stainless steel honeycomb panel is made of stainless steel face sheets on an aluminum honeycomb panel backing. This product structure retains the original properties of stainless steel panels while reducing unit weight and significantly increasing panel strength.
Stainless steel panels have been used for architectural purposes such as facades, interior walls, ceilings, floors, etc., due to their modern metallic decorative effect and good corrosion resistance. However, for such architectural decoration purposes, the thickness of a stainless steel panel should be 3mm or 4mm, which is very heavy and often results in an uneven panel surface. To solve this problem, we use lightweight aluminum honeycomb as a substrate material to support the thin stainless steel skin sheets, thereby achieving an optimal strength-to-weight ratio.
